Burke E. Thompson, MD

Dr. Thompson joined CCS in the summer of 2003 as a general and trauma surgeon as well as a critical care specialist. He received his BS from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He earned his MD from the University of South Florida and then completed a residency in surgery at the State University of New York in Buffalo. After residency Dr. Thompson completed a fellowship in trauma and surgical critical care at the University of Miami. He is an associate member of the American College of Surgeons.
